You can cancel a hosting service if you’re the account owner. Before you can proceed with the cancelation request make sure that you have checked on our refund policies.
Log into your Client Area and go to the Services section where you can locate your active hosting service. Under Actions click on Request Cancellation.
In the cancellation request form, you will be asked to describe the reason for cancellation and to choose the cancellation type:
- Immediate: your hosting service will be canceled when the daily system cron will run ( 11:59 PM EST)
- End of Billing Period – your account will remain active till the end of the current payment period.
Before submitting your cancellation request, make sure that you have downloaded a backup of all necessary files. Once a hosting service is canceled, the account is being terminated from the server without a possibility of restore.
